Why this hotel? Gay hotel bar & club. Beachfront location. Tasty breakfast.
Legends is located on Brighton seafront, just moments from the best gay venues. The Basement Club is in the hotel's own basement!

Standard rooms feature LCD TV, tea & coffee-making facilities and free WiFi. Deluxe rooms and suites include a lounge area, fridge and dual-aspect sea view. All rooms are non-smoking and can be accessed via a lift. Rates include a Full English or Continental breakfast.

Why this hotel? Most Famous Hotel In Town. Old school luxury.
By far the most famous hotel in Brighton, The Grand is a classic seaside luxury retreat. It's one to tick off your bucket list. You'll be able to say, "I stayed at The Grand in Brighton, you know." It's right on the seafront in an unbeatable location. Although it's a historic hotel, the decor isn't old and stuffy - it was recently refurbed. The colour palette is light and airy, benefitting from the bright light in spring and summer.

The Grand is, of course, a major landmark in UK history. The IRA almost succeeded in assassinating Margaret Thatcher at this hotel in 1984. They failed but had they succeeded history would have taken a different turn.

Afternoon tea at The Grand is quite an experience. This is a fab choice for a gay stay in Brighton.

Why this hotel? Beachfront location Comfortable rooms. Near the gay bars.
If you walk along the Promenade, you might think that The Waterfront (until recently Thistle Brighton) was a tired old office block. Outwardly the worst of British 1970's design, but inside it is a rather good hotel.  It features a swimming pool, spa and small gym.

The air-conditioned guest rooms are spacious, modern and equipped with a very comfortable king-sized bed and free WiFi. The front-facing deluxe rooms have excellent sea views.

The hotel has its own private underground car park (fees apply). If you visit Brighton and try to find a parking spot overnight, you will appreciate just how useful this facility is.
