Perched on a scenic hill in the Chepino neighbourhood of its namesake town, the hotel enjoys a panorama of the locality encircled by beautiful pine forests. The town is around 130 km away from Sofia, and around a 90-minute drive from the metropolitan airport, and some 80 km away from the city of Plovdiv. The air-conditioned spa hotel features a garden and comprises a total of 66 rooms including 4 deluxe suites complete with hot tub tubs, 4 junior suites and 4 standard apartments. Further facilities available to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a children's playground, a babysitting service, Internet access, a hair and beauty studio and 2 shops as well as a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and room service. There is parking available for those arriving by car. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a minibar, centrally or individually regulated air conditioning and heating and either a balcony or a terrace. The hotel's spa and wellness centre was conceived, designed and built with the help of German spa design experts. Including the swimming pools it has an area of 1200 m². The spa centre is divided into two zones - with and without charges. The complimentary zone features an organic sauna, a Finnish sauna, an ice chamber, an aromatic steam bath, hot beds, a volcanic room, special relaxation showers, a relaxation room, a gym, indoor and outdoor pools: mineral water pools, a 22 x 10 m swimming pool, a children's pool, a large hot tub, a winter pool with hot mineral water and a summer pool. There is also a sun terrace and a solarium, and guests may relax with a massage treatment or with a game of billiards.
