I stayed less than half an hour in this place. Charmless man on reception. The corridors around the lockers were littered with torn tissues and wrappers. The shower area was unlit, and smelly, the steam room was out of service but no mention of this when paying to enter, the inner door to the sauna doesn’t shut properly and judging by the fact more than twenty paper cups inside it had been sometime since the interior was checked or cleaned. I didn’t risk the jacuzzi as the water was like warm and didn’t look clear. Three staff members just chatting and sitting on their phones, who clearly were not interested in making a pleasant environment. Only three guys using the place which judging by downstairs cabins and orgy room etc is more a cruise club than a sauna. Worst sauna I’ve visited anywhere.

One of the best saunas in Madrid. Excellent facilities and lots of handsome guys to meet, especially the manager who is a heaven of a person.

disappointment! I have been twice and it was disappointing. Few men, most of them very old. The service was nice.

I went there on a Saturday night hoping to have a good time and the sauna was dead, very few people, it was a waste of time honestly

It's not that big... the sauna, hamam and jaccuzi area is very small. There are many cabins, everything is clean. Too bad people smoke so much there. Good attendance (but especially after 11 p.m. on Saturdays). The reception is very unpleasant.

Be careful what you bring with you because the sauna is full of thieves and will try to scan you whenever you are going at the lockers. A lot of drug addicts inside and will leave you without money. The workers there don't know English and will not help you with anything. They do not have cameras and if u get mugged it's your problem. At the bar you have to pay cash and have to go all the time at the locker to get money. Very bad sauna I will never go again. Besides that it is very very dirty the jacuzzi had dirt and cigarettes inside the water.

It was time for sauna owners in Spain to learn about saunas in Berlin or Paris. They have renewed the "sauna" concept and now it fits perfectly in the century that we live in. It has a large Jacuzzi, showers, Turkish, Finnish sauna, everything working perfectly and the area below... TOTAL MORBAZO. You have to go!

The best thing about this sauna is that it is in the heart of Madrid and is very close to Chueca, Gran Vía and other neighborhoods to have a good time. Without a doubt, the weekend gets very interesting guys.
