Avoid at all costs.
The bar staff, in particular Phill, is engaging in a scheme that involves theft of personal property. This occurs EVERY night, multiple times per night. Police is aware and an investigation in ongoing. Furthermore, latest information suggest that Immi is also involved in the scheme. Avoid the place at all costs.
