Exceptional food, service and atmosphere
It is a new restaurant, not very well known yet, however Semola makes the difference in Brighton and Hove. Their food is fresh, tasty and healthy and the choices on the menu are endless. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and of course the staff is more than polite, and they know everything about the italian cuisine. I recommend it. I would like to give 10 stars if possible.
